We’re Hiring | Procurement & Warehouse Executive – Joinery
Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end procurement of joinery materials (timber, laminates, hardware, adhesives) ensuring cost-effective sourcing and on-time delivery
. - Negotiate vendor contracts
, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain accurate records, including POs, LPOs, vendor lists, and inventory documentation
. - Analyze BoQs, control costs
, and support budget optimization. - Coordinate logistics, site deliveries, and documentation
. - Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control
, and prepare reports. - Collaborate with project teams, site engineers, and design teams to forecast material needs.
- 5+ years’ experience in UAE joinery / fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials and local suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering
, or related field - Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong Excel skills and reporting capability
- Willing to work 6 days a week
