This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Assistant Manager Sales Marketing, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves supporting business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing sales operations, planning and executing business strategies, analysing market trends, building client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive revenue and achieve organisational goals.

• 3-5 years of experience in Bulk Commodities Shipping
• Holding Bachelor’s or MBA.
• Knowledge of Chapter XI of SOLAS (ISPS Code) relating to the Vessel and “the Company” (as defined by the ISPS Code) and (BIMCO) and Charter Party agreement “AMWELSH 93”.
• Prior experience in coordinating with shipping agents and brokers for proper vessel tracking.
• Prior experience in negotiating competitive freight rates for ships or vessels with ship owners/brokers.
• Proper understanding and experience of Laycan, or Lay Days, Laytime Calculations, and SOF.
• Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms 2020.
• Proper understanding of shipping‑related documentation such as Import General Manifest (IGM), Letter of Indemnity (LOI), Bill of Lading (BL), and Delivery Order (DO).
• Knowhow of Anti Money Laundering rules and regulations and sanctions list of UN or EU.
