Business Development Manager
A growing company in the Food & Beverage sector is seeking a Business Development Manager – Private Label & B2B to drive growth across contract manufacturing, private label, and institutional accounts in GCC and selected international markets.
This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and scaling B2B customers, including retailers, Ho Re Ca groups, distributors, and brand owners seeking private label solutions.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, situated in Dubai with flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies to increase revenue, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Additional responsibilities include market research, competitive analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business goals. The role requires ensuring the successful execution of expansion plans and meeting defined sales targets.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in Building and Managing Client Relationships effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop actionable insights
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market or regional business trends is an advantage
