Responsibilities
The Business Partnerships Manager - Projects is responsible for managing projects, hitting revenue goals, building relationships with growth accounts and helping clients drive business results on Tik Tok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as a Business Partnerships Manager - Projects requires strong project management, analytical background and sales skills, strong partnership with XFN teams, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
The Business Partnerships Manager - Projects role is a strategic position that provides BPM-Projects with an extended career trajectory, enabled by a greater breadth of roles and responsibilities and depth of vertical expertise. Through this position, a BPM-Projects evolves beyond tactical day to day responsibilities and becomes an ally to the sales team when it comes to driving growth and value to the specific verticals that this role will support.
Whether it is being dedicated to centers of excellence or other key industries, the BPM-Projects will provide holistic visibility and ownership of vertical projects, as they relate to client campaigns and broader internal/external initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Having holistic visibility and ownership of all ongoing vertical projects, as they relate to client campaigns and broader internal/external initiatives to drive vertical impact.
- Drive sales impact by liaising projects across internal stakeholders, ensuring campaign ideas are translated into effective, on brand executions that deliver measurable business results.
- Building vertical expertise to provide key input at early stages when it comes to bespoke executions. This hire will have a clear understanding about which ideas would work best for their vertical, what would be the right project planning approach, which elements would be needed to guarantee success and mitigate risks, etc.
- Identifying sales opportunities which can help increase revenue for the pod as a whole.
- Driving internal and external stakeholders seamlessly, especially as we increasingly execute mega projects across complex organizations/stakeholders. This hire will become an extension of the sales team and a trusted figure that our clients and internal teams can rely on to enable project delivery.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study.
- High oral fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate directly with business partners across the METAP region.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, and social landscape.
- Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
- Implementation knowledge of the 3rd party tracking.

- Demonstrated outstanding leadership and ownership over projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter, fast learner, creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
