Job Purpose
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives. Ensure market penetration through new-to-bank acquisition and retention of existing clientele. Conduct field visits and provide detailed case analysis and customer information. Familiarize with all policies, products and processes to deliver superior client onboarding experience. Participate proactively in learning, development and training programs to be an effective sales personnel. Ensure strict adherence to all KYC, compliance policies and other processes as stipulated.
KeyAccountabilities
- Achieve monthly and annual set KPI objectives.
- Focus on new-to-bank acquisition and leverage existing client base.
- Leverage cross‑sell opportunities to increase revenue per customer.
- Maintain daily sales reports for review by team leader and manager.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering quality client onboarding experience.
- Adhere to risk control assessment process and internal controls to minimize potential losses.
- Support quality and right customers to the franchise.
- Engage stakeholders and support case discussion.
- Leadership & team management.
- Strong knowledge of BB products, compliance policies & services.
- Customer handling and service quality skills.
- Computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Motivated, proactive and competitive workplace demeanor.
- Ability to develop and strengthen relationships between team and customers.
