This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong client relationships. Key day‑to‑day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading negotiations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to support business objectives. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, analyze competitor performance, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales management, account management, and business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, create sales strategies, and identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and general business applications
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic or German) is a plus
- Understanding of the cultural and business landscape of the GCC region and DACH countries
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage
