The Role
At Trella, we are obsessed about quality, and delivering a top-class experience that establishes trust with our Shippers and Carriers is core to how we operate as a company and how we design our product. What Youll Do- Be present for our carriers through their on-boarding process and to make sure that they are familiar with our flow of work and our primary communication channels
- Build a strong relationship with our shipper’s facilities.
- Build a strong relationship with our carriers.
- Data entry on to Trella platform
- Handle all ground operations such as:
- OTP:
Making sure that carriers are always arriving on time. - Coordination of loads.
- Follow up with carriers and collect PODs. (Proof of delivery)
- Deliver invoices to our shippers
- Make sure that carriers are meeting the standard requirements and qualifications.
- Owning a car and a valid driving licence
- Minimum of 1
-2 years of experience working as operations representative or in similar positions. - Passion for the service needs of our customers and transportation partners.
- Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of people.
- Flexibility in working hours.
