We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Dubai International City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key client accounts
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Dubai and surrounding markets is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
