Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Dubai office. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing business proposals, attending client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth.

The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in relationship management and customer service
  • Ability to analyze data and create detailed business development strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and a results-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software as an added advantage
