What will I be doing?

As Assistant Director, Business Development – Waren RMCC MEA, you will play a critical role in delivering RMCC MEA’s growth ambitions by leading three integrated pillars:

1. Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with owners, G [], 번역

2. Talent Pipeline & Recruitment Leadership
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for RMCC MEA, ensuring a consistent, proactive, and scalable hiring framework that supports rapid growth while driving improved efficiencies
  • Partner with RMCC Leadership to define workforce planning and hotel-to-team ratios.
  • Oversee recruitment workflows to ensure timely candidate progression and consistent application of Hilton’s established selection processes.
3. Onboarding, Training & Capability Building
  • Oversee onboarding of both new hotels and new Team Members, consolidating responsibilities currently distributed across Training, Operations, and Coordination teams.
  • Provide кен leadership and direction to the Senior Training Manager MEA (with a direct reporting line), ensuring unified oversight of learning pathways, onboarding timelines, and capability development, in close collaboration with the EMEA Director of Training.
  • Standardize tools, documentation, and processes for new hotel activation.
  • Ensure MEA‑specific operational nuances are reflected reopening training and onboarding content.
How you will collaborate with others
  • Partner closely with RMCC MEA Senior Leadership, Hotel General Managers, Regional Commercial Teams, Development, Feasibility, Operations VPs, Franchise teams, and Owners to support the commercial success and growth of the center.
  • Engage with the Europe Senior Business Development Manager to align best practices and ensure global consistency.
  • Work closely with HR, Training, and Analytics to streamline talent, onboarding, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure clear communication with Operations and Revenue leaders to facilitate seamless transitions from pre‑opening to post‑opening phases.
What projects you will take ownership of
  • Develop and maintain a MEA‑focused RMCC growth plan aligned with signed pipeline forecasts, franchise evolution, and regional development trends.
  • Implement a structured, professional RMCC MEA sales process, including collateral, KPIs, CRM tracking, and lifecycle touchpoints to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Lead the RMCC MEA annual fee forecasting process, ensuring accurate forward visibility of fee income based on pipeline onboarding, retention, and model scenarios.
  • Guide hotels and stakeholders through the full yearly contracting and fee model review cycle, including proposing model increases and ensuring alignment with RMCC MEA’s strategic hóa.
  • Drive country‑level alignment initiatives, with a key focus on bringing Egypt hotels onto the correct commercial models and ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Engage in cross‑functional projects to strengthen Franchise hotel retention and increase long‑term participation across MEA.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant work experience.
  • Strong experience in business development, stakeholder management, or commercial roles.
  • Proven ability to build trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders, owners, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
