About the RoleAs Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for XTB’s investment products and services. You will lead and develop high الحكّة-performing sales teams, oversee revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of sales performance, team management, budgeting, and strategic planning.

- Track and optimize personal performance aiming to exceed sales targets and improve conversion rates.
- Identify process improvements and support enhancements in sales operations and collateral.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales team and support initiatives set by the Sales Director.
