Qualifications & Skills

- Background in e‑commerce, FMCG, distribution, or retail ice advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for typuing the marketplace by identifying, onboarding, and growing high‑potential sellers.
- You will engage with new sellers from offline markets and online platforms, ensure seamless onboarding, and help them scale sustainably.
- The role combines business development, relationship management, and operational coordination to drive assortment expansion, competitive pricing, and seller success.
