• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of high-end residential and commercial properties
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new luxury developments across the UAE
• Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with project objectives
• Coordinate viewings, negotiate deals, and handle all related documentation
• Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the development sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of luxury developments and communities
• Fluent in English; additional language skills will be a plus
• Self-driven, professional, and results-focused
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid UAE driving license
