Job Description
- Ensure timely sourcing of new or alternate items in line with business requirements.
- Negotiate machinery-related orders and ensure proper contracts management for service items across all concepts and territories.
- Update Price Master in the system.
- Monitor monthly LPOs and close the ones not required.
- Create LPOs for machinery items or services and/or approve LPOs.
- Track key contract clauses and report adherence.
- Ensure proper document storage and easy retrieval as per company policies.
- Monitor market trends and update the leadership team on key items.
- Benchmark prices across all territories for key items and generate monthly MIS for responsible categories.
- Conduct supplier ratings for key suppliers.
- Track assets and control rotation of assets as per business requirements.
- Proven experience in procurement within the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
- Professional certification such as CIPS Level 4, APICS, or an equivalent Supply Chain Management qualification.
- Strong understanding of procurement practices and compliance requirements in GCC markets.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
