• Current university students or recent graduates
• Early‑career talent with strong analytical skills

• Use data to provide value‑added analysis and reporting on operations
• Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of enhancements
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop business requirement documents
• Deliver findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
• Support day‑to‑day operations and promote a data‑driven decision‑making culture
• Operate in a fast‑paced environment where time to market is critical

• Past internship experience or project contributions is a plus
• Think outside the box, be data‑driven, and self‑starter
• Strong financial and economics knowledge
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and resolve complex issues
• High ethical standards and integrity, with dedication to the organization
• Work both independently and collaboratively across business units and regions, often with minimal supervision
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills, with great attention to detail
• Graduates/undergraduates from Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related fields

• Additional language skills are an advantage
