Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
Monitor daily stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
Identify slow-moving and obsolete items and prepare summary reports.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory data in the ERP system.
2. Purchase & Sales Order ManagementPrepare Purchase Requests (PRs) based on reorder levels, sales forecasts, and consumption trends.
Validate Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure pricing, quantities, and terms match approved PRs and supplier agreements.
Validate Sales Orders (SOs) to confirm stock availability and accurate allocation of inventory.
3. Reporting & AnalysisGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
Analyze consumption patterns and highlight any unusual demand trends.
Support management in preparing inventory dashboards and KPI reports.
4. Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments for timely order processing and delivery.
Support the Head of Inventory in managing supplier communications and performance tracking.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or order management (fresh graduates may be considered).
Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
