Key Responsibilities
* Assist with KYC and AML documentation and verification for bullion transactions.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound precious metal deliveries.
* Assist in testing metal authenticity.
* Perform periodic stock takes to reconcile high-value inventory.
* Manage the tracking and distribution of shipments moving through global supply chains.
* Support traders by updating primary operating systems.## Requirements
* A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems or specialized bullion software.
* An understanding of bullion trading regulations (KYC/AML) and gold weight/purity calculations is essential.
