** Job Description
** We currently have a great opportunity for an SDR Manager to join our motivated and creative Inside Sales team for MEA (Middle East & Africa).
** What you'll do:**
* · You will be called upon to lead a team of 5-8 SDRs
* · Train SDRs to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
* · Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR.
* · Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
* · Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
* · Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment
* Managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
* · Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
* · Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
* Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
** Who you are and what makes you qualified:
*** Experience managing a sales team within a SaaS organization
* Fluency in Arabic and English
* Have a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role
* Have a passion for technology and disruptive technology
* Have a deep understanding of the role social media plays in business
* You have a run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results
* Experience in creative outbound reaches
