As part of our growth journey, we are expanding our Business Development team and are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship‑building skills with excellent outbound reach and the ability to manage opportunities from first contact through to closure. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving revenue growth and pipeline performance.
What you’ll be doing :- Driving outbound business development through calls, Linked In, email, and strategic outreach
- Managing and converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities
- Leading product demos and high‑level client discussions
- Owning and managing the sales pipeline from qualification to closing
- Meeting revenue targets and performance KPIs
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and client onboarding
- Providing structure, discipline, and feedback within the sales process
- Proven experience generating opportunities through strong outbound reach
- Solid background in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage pipelines, forecasts, and targets independently
- Experience working in structured sales environments (SaaS / CRM experience is a plus)
- A driven, results‑oriented mindset with leadership potential
- Valid UAE Driving License and a Car
