New Partner Experience Lead - UAE

Deliveroo invites motivated professionals to join its team in the UAE as a New Partner Experience Lead, focusing on restaurants, grocers, and retailers.

Job Purpose

Lead the New Partner Experience (NPX) Team, ensuring efficient partner engagement, clear communication, and strategic support that enhances partner growth on the Deliveroo platform.

Responsibilities
  • Support NPX Associates with day‑to‑day tasks, including weekly or bi‑weekly 1:1s.
  • Monitor and improve team efficiency (journeys handled, call duration, performance metrics) and report results promptly to the SMB Lead.
  • Enhance NPX agents’ ability to manage call lists, schedule follow‑ups, and log outcomes.
  • Handle partner escalations and interact directly with partners when needed.
  • Execute ad‑hoc tasks with clear instructions from leaders or management.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in all internal reporting on NPX results, team efficiency, and KPIs.
  • Utilize tools to drive efficiencies through proper documentation.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve partner queries.
  • Adhere to best practice and represent Deliveroo professionally.
Key Performance Indicators
  • NPX Agent Achievement – 70%
  • Discretionary Activities – 30%
Requirements
  • BSc/BA in business or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years in commercial/account management support roles (e.g., Account Executive, Partner Support, Partner Ops).
  • Preferred: prior team management experience.
  • Skill set includes:
    • Relationship management / customer service experience.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Comfortable with adopting and designing new processes.
    • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Problem solving and organisational abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Deliveroo’s tools such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, Admin, Restaurant Hub, and related platforms.
  • Self‑starter with the drive to meet targets.
