Plan, coordinate, and manage the establishment, operation, and demobilization of labor camps in line with project schedules.
Prepare work plans, manpower forecasts, progress reports, and operational schedules.
Manage room allocation, occupancy records, and worker movement
Handle worker accommodation-related issues and grievances
Ensure labor camp and warehouse operations comply with local labor laws, municipal regulations, and client requirements.
Maintain statutory documents, permits, licenses, and inspection records
Investigate incidents related to camp or warehouse operations and implement corrective actions.
Act as the single point of contact for end-to-end arrangements covering client representatives, project staff, and labor personnel.
Manage end-to-end labor attendance tracking from camp departure to site return.
Resolve discrepancies in attendance, missing punches, or incorrect records.
Ensure timely updates for new joiners, demobilized staff, and transferred labor.
Skills- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in labor camp operations, logistics, or project coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience preparing client manpower reports, billing support, and man-hour reconciliation.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations.
- Problem-solving and crisis management capabilities.
