About the RoleOn behalf of a global payments group, we are seeking an experienced Head of Key Account Manager to join their commercial team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in iGaming and a proven track record in managing high-value merchant relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction within a fast-paced payments environment. As a Head of Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key merchants, ensuring their success while identifying new growth opportunities across payment solutions, acquiring, and risk management services.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key merchants in the iGaming and high-risk verticals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted payment advisor.
- Understand client business models and payment needs to provide tailored PSP solutions.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across payment products, geographies, and currencies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and transaction trends to optimize processing and profitability.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic discussions with clients.
- Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, expos, and networking events.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in Key Account Management or Business Development within a PSP, acquirer, or iGaming company.
- Deep understanding of iGaming operators, affiliates, and payment flows in regulated and grey markets.
- Strong knowledge of card acquiring, alternative payment methods (APMs), and FX settlements.
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret transaction data and business metrics.
- Self‑driven, commercially oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
