The Mission- Manage purchasing for all departments: food, beverages, supplies, and more, ensuring nothing runs low and everything is just right.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate deals, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products.
- Monitor spend, track expenses, and keep purchases aligned with the hotel’s budget without compromising on quality.
- Inspect deliveries, check product standards, and make sure everything meets Mama’s expectations.
- Anticipate hotel needs, seasonal trends, and events to prevent shortages before they happen.
- Collaborate closely with operations, F&B, housekeeping, and other departments to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Handle stock issues, supplier delays, or last‑minute requests with creativity and calm.
