We are looking for a high-impact Manager – Strategy & Planning to work closely with the Founder and drive enterprise-level strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation who can translate long-term vision into executable plans while navigating investor expectations, market dynamics, and high-value customer engagements—particularly within capital-intensive and sustainability-driven industries.
You will act as a strategic extension of the Founder, ensuring alignment across business functions and driving progress against growth and long-term transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles across the organization.
- Define, track, and report KPIs and OKRs to ensure alignment with long-term growth and sustainability objectives.
- Translate leadership vision into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and accountability.
- Own investor communications, including pitch decks, data rooms, and investment memoranda.
- Present business, technical, and financial progress to VCs, PEs, and strategic investors
. - Support fundraising, ESG reporting, and ongoing investor engagement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with senior B2B stakeholders
, strategic partners, and institutional customers. - Represent leadership in high-level meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions.
- Clearly articulate the organization’s long‑term value proposition and transformation strategy.
- Track global trends in policy, regulation, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
- Deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic pivots, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Support leadership decision‑making with structured analysis and scenario planning.
- Partner closely with the Founder during critical business engagements and travel.
- Lead executive presentations, negotiations, and on‑ground project or partner assessments.
- Ensure professional representation across internal and external forums.
- Experience: 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, planning, or a Founder’s Office role; exposure to manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or capital‑intensive sectors preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) with an MBA
. Ability to interpret technical concepts alongside financial and commercial metrics. - Communication: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills; advanced proficiency in Power Point and executive reporting.
- Executive Presence: High emotional intelligence, polished professional demeanor, and strong relationship‑building skills with investors, customers, and internal leaders.
- Mobility: High willingness to travel domestically and internationally in a fast‑paced, opportunity‑driven environment.
- Strategy: Build and execute long‑term transformation and growth roadmaps.
- Investors: Lead investor relations, fundraising narratives, and performance reporting.
- Customers: Manage strategic B2B relationships and executive‑level engagements.
- Leadership Support: Act as a trusted partner to the Founder across strategic initiatives.
