Think People Solutions is a 20+ year old recruitment and staffing firm working with leading organizations across Technology, BFSI, Manufacturing, Engineering, Consumer, and Professional Services sectors.
We are expanding our international presence and are looking to strengthen our footprint in the UAE & Middle East market by hiring a senior sales professional who can build new client relationships and grow recruitment business in the region.
We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – Business Development to drive new client acquisition for recruitment services across the UAE and Middle East.
This role is focused on:
- Acquiring new corporate clients
- Building long-term relationships with HR leaders and business heads
- Selling recruitment and staffing solutions
- Representing Think People Solutions in the Middle East market
This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with scope to build a regional sales team over time.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across UAE, GCC, and Middle East markets.
- Sell recruitment and staffing services (permanent hiring, contract staffing, project hiring).
- Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Leaders, Business Heads, and CXOs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
- Develop a strong understanding of hiring trends, industries, and talent demand in the Middle East.
- Build a regional client pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent Think People Solutions at relevant industry events and networking forums (as applicable).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients acquired.
- Coordinate with India‑based delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of mandates.
- Support account growth and repeat business through relationship management.
- New client acquisition across UAE & Middle East markets.
- Consistent monthly and quarterly revenue generation.
- Strong sales pipeline with enterprise and mid‑sized clients.
- Long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
- 4 –8 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically recruitment or staffing services.
- Proven experience selling recruitment services in UAE / GCC / Middle East markets.
- Strong network with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision‑makers in the region.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and represent the organization locally.
- Strong understanding of recruitment commercials, SLAs, and delivery models.
- Prior experience working with an Indian recruitment firm servicing Middle East clients.
- Familiarity with cross‑border hiring and coordination with offshore delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related fields (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
