Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with hosts, operations staff, stage managers, and other roles to accurately understand their needs and challenges, and assist in resolving collaboration friction.
- Efficiently organize project meetings, clearly document meeting conclusions, and actively follow up on task implementation.
- Assist the lead in developing detailed live‑streaming project schedules, track progress, and provide feedback.
- Participate in fostering a positive, collaborative team atmosphere and effectively boost team morale.
- English/Chinese proficiency as working languages.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with keen awareness of others' sentiments, articulate communication skills, and recognized as the team's “communication bridge”.
- Outstanding cross‑departmental coordination abilities to effectively resolve conflicts and drive progress.
- Detail‑oriented with strong accountability and service mindset, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Passionate about the live streaming industry, demonstrating resilience under pressure and proficiency in multitasking.
