Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and support the end-to-end procurement cycle — with a particular focus on packaging materials
.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cross‑functional coordination, supplier interaction, and ensuring smooth procurement operations from sourcing to delivery.

• Support purchase requisitions based on business and production needs, including packaging materials (cartons, films, bottles, labels, etc.)
• Coordinate day‑to‑day procurement activities with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approvals, and documentation
• Assist in supplier onboarding, vendor communication, and basic contract coordination
• Track orders, deliveries, and follow up on discrepancies or delays
• Support inventory monitoring for packaging and spare parts to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Maintain accurate procurement records and SAP data

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (spare parts and/or packaging materials)
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• UAE residency required
• Exposure to packaging materials procurement (FMCG, manufacturing, or trading environment)
• Experience with international procurement and Incoterms
• Basic understanding of import/export documentation
• Experience supporting procurement across multiple legal entities
