They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead the sales initiatives and drive growth in the competitive luxury market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract and retain target clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold the brand’s luxury standards in all client interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in (luxury) sales.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Strong network within the luxury market and affluent customer base in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on excellence.
