We are seeking a Team Lead in Business Development for an insurance company in Dubai to drive team growth and success, meet revenue targets, and expand market presence. This role involves managing a team of business development professionals, focusing on client acquisition and retention. QUALIFICATIONS,

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success in business growth and market expansion.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance market and industry regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to expand market share in the insurance sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners for long-term success.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align business goals with company objectives.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and conduct reviews.
• Track and report on business development activities to meet KPIs.
