Job Title:
Procurement Buyer
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate must have strong GCC market experience and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in line with company policies
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors across the GCC region
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Procurement Buyer (GCC experience is a MUST)
- Strong knowledge of the GCC supplier market and procurement practices
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve cost savings and value optimization
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
