Role DescriptionThis is an on‑site, full‑time role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing strategies to expand market presence, coordinating with developers, managing sales pipeline, training and supporting a team of Private Client Advisors (PCA's), collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and analysing trends to achieve long‑term business goals.
Qualifications- Proven skills in business development, market analysis, and sales strategies
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship building
- Strong organisational, management, and strategic planning skills
- Great experience in the real estate industry
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and competitive environment
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s residential and investment property markets
