Cluster Director of Revenue Management – Ultra Luxury Resort

What will you do?- Lead the Reservation and Revenue Management departments across the cluster
- Act as business owner of all revenue systems and tools (RMS, PMS, BI, benchmarking)
- Optimize inventory, pricing, parity, and distribution across all channels
- Translate business analytics into actionable strategies to improve revenue performance
- Drive optimal pricing strategies across room classes and market segments
- Track and analyze KPIs on the Commercial Scorecard with a focus on performance improvement
- Partner with Sales on group pricing and education on best practices
- Forecast market trends and adjust strategies to ensure profitability in all demand cycles
- Own the relationship with OTA Market Managers
- Lead revenue forecast creation and accuracy monitoring
- Chair Revenue Strategy meetings and drive commercial alignment
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Finance in annual budget and goal setting
- Coordinate with PR, Marketing, and Reservations on promotional strategy
Guide upselling initiatives at the front office, adjusting supplements as needed - Define and manage rate strategies, segment ceilings, and incentive plans for reservations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years in revenue management with a proven track record of revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and customer behaviour
- Strategic mindset with advanced analytical capabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional language is a plus
- Proficiency in RMS, PMS, BI, benchmarking, and sales & catering systems
