Hiring Talent in Marketing, Digital and Technology across APAC

We are collaborating with a dynamic, high-growth fintech/SaaS company seeking a seasoned professional to lead one of its flagship strategic accounts — a top‑tier financial services client delivering more than $100 million in annual revenue.

This is a prominent, high‑influence role reporting directly to the Global Account Director. You will serve as the key relationship steward, trusted strategic partner, and primary commercial driver, nurturing an enduring partnership focused on innovation and mutual success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete client relationship end‑to‑end, spanning multiple countries in the Middle East (including GCC markets such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman) and various business units.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic workshops, and executive steering committee meetings (requiring frequent regional and international travel).
  • Develop and execute account strategy, drive revenue expansion through premium travel benefits adoption, oversee P&L responsibility, and ensure precise forecasting.
  • Uncover and capitalize on new opportunities for product adoption and market expansion across the region.
  • Spearhead complex commercial negotiations and contract renewals with key partners, with support from legal teams.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across internal functions (product, technical, creative, finance, and project teams) to deliver outstanding client results in premium airport and travel experiences.
Who You Are
  • Demonstrated success in managing a major regional account exceeding significant revenue milestones in the financial services or travel benefits sector (ideally within banks, card issuers, payment networks, or premium loyalty programs).
  • Proven consistent year‑over‑year revenue growth across diverse Middle East markets and travel privilege portfolios.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with confidence in leading negotiations, developing innovative partnership models, and taking full P&L ownership.
  • In‑depth knowledge of regulated industries and proven ability to establish trust and credibility with VP‑ and C‑suite executives in the GCC region.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinking paired with superior execution capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience presenting to boards, facilitating quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and converting data insights into actionable strategies for travel and lifestyle enhancements.
