Summary: As a Logistics Intern, you will support the logistics team across a wide range of daily operations and strategic initiatives. This internship will provide exposure to the end‑to‑end logistics process, particularly the activities within distribution centers, from managing documentation to analysing data and assisting with process improvements. You will work closely with the UAE Operations Manager and DC leads in the UK and the US, as well as cross‑functional teams, gaining real‑world experience in an international beauty brand environment.

Note: This role is a 6‑month full‑time internship.

• Logistics & Supply Chain Support:
  • Assist in coordinating daily global inventory synchronizations and distribution centres.
  • Assist in coordinating the daily inventory status and root cause of inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in coordinating the shelf‑life reviews, space optimization, and slow/fast mover categorization.
  • Assist in coordinating the Global Cycle count plan with the US, UK, FR, and UAE DC leads.
  • Assist in coordinating the global DC KPI's implementation.
• Order & Documentation Assistance:
  • Support in checking and organizing shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and air waybills.
  • Assist in compiling customs data for duty cost impact analysis.
• Data Entry & Analysis:
  • Enter and update logistics data in tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Help prepare basic reports related to freight cost, delivery timelines, and inventory status.
  • Participate in collecting and cleaning data for global KPI dashboards.
• Project & Process Support:
  • Support ongoing logistics initiatives such as sustainability tracking (CO2 emissions), pallet standardization, and SOP updates.
  • Assist in reviewing freight SOP's and data exchanges between Freight Forwarders and HB system.
  • Participate in internal meetings and take notes/action points when required.
• Operational Excellence Contribution:
  • Assist with logistics forecasting tasks and ad‑hoc project requests from the team.

• Recently graduated or in final year of studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like French or Italian are a plus but not required.

• Exposure to global logistics operations and supply chain strategies.
• Practical experience using logistics tools and systems.
• Understanding of how documentation and data interconnect in real‑world supply chain operations.
