- Present the marketplace value proposition (reach, fulfillment model, commissions, and growth support).
- Ensure completion of onboarding requirements including catalog readiness, pricing standards, KYC, and operational setup.
- Manage a portfolio of onboarded sellers for at least three months to stabilize and scale their business before transitioning them to the Account Management team.
- Train and guide sellers on essential e-commerce processes such as catalog creation, product listing standards, pricing setup, inventory management, order fulfillment, and performance tracking.
- Drive assortment expansion, express fulfillment adoption, and competitive pricing.
- Promote participation in marketing and ad programs to improve visibility and sales.
- Identify assortment and pricing gaps to unlock incremental GMV.
