• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for the category.
• Conduct supplier audits to assess quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Develop and execute category strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor category performance metrics and KPIs.
• Identify market trends and seasonal demand patterns.
• Recommend product mix and pricing strategies.

• Oversee inventory management and stock levels.
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams on delivery and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with product and development teams on category improvements.

• Develop deep understanding of the local FNB ecosystem.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market dynamics.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the category.

• 2+ years of experience in category management, procurement, or supplier management.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage or FMCG supply chains.
• Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
• UAE driving license required.
• Arabic speaker preferred (replacing existing Arabic-speaking category manager).
• Ability to work in-person in UAE office environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
