About

the Role

Azizi is seeking a full‑time Regional Sales Director based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position is responsible for driving regional sales performance by leading and managing 3–4 Sales Directors and their extended sales teams, collectively overseeing a team of 100+ sales professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and performance‑manage 3–4 Sales Directors and their extended sales teams
  • Drive sales strategy, forecasting, and revenue growth across assigned regions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimize sales plans
  • Ensure consistent achievement of individual, team, and regional sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, marketing, and operations teams
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and relationship management
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven leadership experience in the UAE off‑plan real estate market
  • Demonstrated success managing large, multi‑layered sales teams (100+ employees)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, forecast performance, and adapt quickly
  • Solid understanding of UAE real estate regulations and market dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
