Data Analyst , Delivery and Value Added Services

Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure deliveries of all sizes reach their destinations. As a Payments Specialist, you'll ensure that we process and pay our partners accurately and on time. You will build connections with local stakeholders (finance, OTR, Tax BC teams) and help establish processes for the timely and accurate delivery of information required for payment processing.

We are looking for a Payments Specialist responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to our partners.

• Create and manage payment processes for DSPs.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and define mechanisms for accurate and timely payment processing.
• Track payment accuracy and timeliness to support business sustainability.

You will be based in the corporate office, staying close to all aspects of payments and having access to key teams that drive payment inputs and approvals. The role focuses on processing payments and ensuring DSPs are paid accurately and on time.

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles last-mile delivery in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of products to customers. Our goal is to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible and to roll out global delivery solutions for new concepts.

• Advance SQL skills (mandatory)
• Experience in accounting and/or finance (a plus)
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience driving roadmap strategy and implementation across stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Effective email communication skills
• Intermediate Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to structure arguments and communicate clearly and concisely
