We are offering a unique internship opportunity for motivated and high‑potential business or management students to join Aptar Group’s Global Corporate Strategy & M&A team in Dubai. This role provides hands‑on exposure to international strategy development, market analysis, and M&A execution within a purpose‑driven, NYSE‑listed global company.

Based in our Dubai office, the selected intern will work closely with Aptar’s Global Corporate Strategy & M&A team, a group of experienced professionals with backgrounds in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, and corporate leadership. This internship offers an immersive learning experience in strategic planning, M&A, and transformation initiatives across Aptar’s global businesses.

• Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the analysis and preparation of materials for M&A transactions.
• Contribute to the development of internal strategic reviews and business plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams on live projects.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Strategy, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and intellectually curious.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
