The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate finance, deal structuring, and business advisory services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in mergers, acquisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, investors, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into long‑term partnerships.
- Develop partnerships with law firms, financial institutions, consulting firms, and corporate advisors.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market opportunities and business growth strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Address client concerns and provide strategic solutions to meet their needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or advisory roles within financial services, legal, consulting, or professional services firms.
- Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions, business sales.
- Negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage high‑level stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and compliance in business transactions.
- Network of contacts in the business, financial, or legal sectors.
