This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Automotive Service Advisor will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth service experience and handling automotive maintenance and repair needs. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, communicating repair solutions, offering suitable recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle diagnosis and repair timelines.
Qualifications- Competence in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
- Strong focus on Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using service or diagnostics tools is an advantage
- High school diploma or higher education qualification in a relevant field
