Overview
Your Mission:
Collect job orders and carry out all tire-related jobs using the specialized equipment.
Keep the service personal tools, equipment, and work area clean, complying with health and safety standards.
Calibrate equipment periodically to ensure the accuracy of results.
Periodically upgrade software and the data in the alignment machine as and when new model vehicles arrive.
What you'll do:- Tire fitting and balancing: properly mounting and balancing new tires on vehicles, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Wheel alignment: conducting wheel alignment procedures to ensure that vehicles drive straight and evenly. Properly mounting and balancing new tires on vehicles, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Tire repair: identifying and repairing punctures, damages, and leaks in tires, following industry standards.
- Tire rotation: performing regular tire rotations to promote even tread wear and prolong tire life.
- Tire inspection: thoroughly inspecting tires for wear and tear, bulges, cuts, or other potential issues, and providing appropriate recommendations.
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering
- Certified Auto Technician Course in an official and globally recognized Institute, like ITI (Industrial Training Institute)
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Tyre technician and Wheel alignment (all models)
