Responsibilities- Develop and review market warranty policies.
- Conduct claim business training and certification for local dealers’ claims personnel.
- Review warranty claims submitted by local dealers.
- Settle warranty claim costs and manage related financial processes.
- Audit claims involving old parts and confirm scrapping procedures.
- Resolve claim-related issues in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Perform statistical analysis of claim cost data.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred.
- Thorough understanding of local laws and regulations, with foundational knowledge of import/export operations and after-sales service processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated teamwork, execution, adaptability, and strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and learning capabilities.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
