Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
- Conduct daily morning sales meetings outlining priorities, appointments, KPIs, and performance updates.
- Implement and enforce a structured sales process across all customer touchpoints.
- Review CRM activity daily to ensure accurate pipeline management and follow‑up.
- Second-face customers regularly to support negotiations, increase trust, and improve closing ratios.
- Ensure every customer receives a professional and supportive buying experience.
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and showroom standards.
- Oversee the accuracy of vehicle listings, pricing, digital content, and online presentation.
- Review lead quality and work closely with marketing to optimise conversions.

- Mentor team members in sales techniques, objection handling, and customer communication.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the automotive industry.
