- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences with precision and attention to detail.
- Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Prepare and review reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making processes.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents for easy retrieval.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Ensure the executive office is equipped and maintained to a professional standard.
- Assist in project management tasks to ensure efficient workflow and execution.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide general administrative support and backup coverage for other executive assistants as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline communication and operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role for three years.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other administrative software.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and handle tight deadlines with grace.
- High degree of professionalism and understanding of confidentiality and privacy issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
