Overview
KEO is seeking an experienced Document Control Manager for their Project Management and Construction Management Division in Dubai.
Job Summary:
Management of the overall Document Control process for large scale projects, providing leadership to the Document Control Team.
- Establishing one single document control point of contact through each project lifecycle.
- Organization, coordination and safety of all commercial and technical documents.
- Providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, distribution of documents, ensuring the accuracy of all documentation and regulatory procedures and changes are followed.
- Design and implement detailed work instruction to support the approved project procedures.
- May act as a document controller from time to time
- Knowledge of MS Office software is essential.
- Knowledge of electronic document control systems (Aconex) is preferred.
- Experience of developing, implementing and managing document control procedures.
- Experience of setting up a document control centre (including equipment / facilities).
- Team player, versatile and ability to multi-task on fast paced and large scale projects.
