Key Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative tasks across departments, ensuring alignment and deadline adherence.
- Support marketing efforts, ensuring brand alignment and team coordination.
- Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks in Zoho Books—Zoho One experience is essential.
- Manage task workflows and project timelines using Zoho Projects.
- Serve as the liaison between departments, ensuring smooth task management and delivery.
- Adapt to flexible working hours during event seasons.
- Arabic fluency and UAE-based.
- Proven admin experience, ideally within events or marketing environments.
- Familiarity with Zoho One suite (Zoho Books & Zoho Projects).
- Basic accounting skills for data entry tasks.
- Strong task management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
