Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director / General Manager
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients
- Assist in contract preparation, tender documentation, and project follow-ups
- Maintain confidential records and organized filing systems
- Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents
- Support HR and procurement documentation when required
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant in a construction company
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project coordination
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
