Overview
A semi-government office is looking for a bright trilingual (Arabic, English and French) Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to manage all office administration activities, as well as provide effective and efficient services in events and office management in the CEO’s office.
The ideal candidate will be required to deliver high class administrative support to the CEO in terms of managing and controlling the office environment & coordinating with the CEO for planning and scheduling meetings and appointments. As well as managing the office, the role will also require supervision and management on all hotel, transport and travel arrangements for the CEO. The candidate will report to the Head of Administration who will assign other responsibilities associated with this position.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CEO, manage the office environment, and coordinate planning and scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Supervise and manage hotel, transport and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French with a minimum of 7 years of experience as an EA/PA to senior management, preferably with UAE office administration experience. VIP affairs experience is a must.
- Self-efficient, organized, and capable of exercising independent judgment in a corporate environment.
- Discretion is essential; handle confidential information, data and correspondence in the CEO’s office.
- Recognized degree in business administration and/or management.
