Overview
Responsibilities for the role include managing all administrative roles and responsibilities across all functions, servicing clients, maintaining calendars, arranging client meetings, keeping databases up to date, liaising with functions, and assisting the Manager in acquiring potential clients to expand their customer base.
- Manage all administrative roles and responsibilities across all functions.
- Service the clients on an ongoing basis in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a calendar for all areas required by the Manager.
- Arrange Client meetings, book meeting rooms, and confirm the client's attendance.
- Keep up to date data bases, records, and ensure all information is correct, up to date, and well-presented, and files in a clear, concise manner.
- Liaise with all necessary functions and departments within the company to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
- Assist the Manager in acquiring potential clients to expand their customer base.
